Motivation

Well I was out cutting the grass today and thinking I am gonna ride the bicycle after I finish the lawn. Well, I barely got the equipment back in the garage without getting soaked. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for the rain, but just when I had the motivation, mother nature shows up! There's always tomorrow...

I'm Fat and Lazy...again...

Well this year I got a new bicycle and have barely ridden it. I took a new job at the same company as a manufacturing supervisor on the night shift and that has totally screwed up my life, my metabolism, and, well everything. I really hope I can get my rear in gear and get back out riding again. we will see, gotta do something. maybe I will join the 24 hour gym ang see if that helps with my lack of energy.
