Another day, another calorie deficit.

Well, day 4 is officially under my belt, which I hope to be able to see again someday... I added up the calories from dinner and I am under again today, which doesn't seem right since I m not hungry, maybe that means I am doing something right, or completely wrong, either way, I am still on the wagon.
My new scale should be here tomorrow so I can get my true weight, I am not sure what I weighed on March first when I started this adventure, let's hope I guessed high, not low to start with...

The end of another day

So, I just finished dinner on day three. Homemade chicken pot pie, always hard to figure the calories in homemade food. I took the list of ingredients and added a serving size for each. Still came in under the calorie budget for the day. Three days and counting, I hope I can keep this going, bikini season will be here before I know it...😜. 

My new scale should be here in a day or two so I can hopefully log more progress.

Day three

 Well, I finished yesterday off with a calorie deficit, that's good, but I did not get on the exercise bike. If I start to see some weight loss from just dieting, that will motivate me to get on the bicycle, the weather has to give soon and then I can get out on the road. Now that I am working normal hours I can give commuting by bike another go.

 Had a small 70 calorie breakfast of grapefruit this morning along with some coffee. Lunch will be a small spinach salad with some chicken. 

 Here's to smaller waists...

Starting day two

Well, breakfast was 386 calories, including my French Vanilla coffee creamer, not giving that up. The weather has turned to shit, so I am going to get on the stationary bicycle here at some point, then try to fix the carpet cleaner, then clean some carpets. Probably start a fire here soon as well.

Day one of the diet...

Well, I did pretty good today, I hate counting calories but I did it today. Also moved a lot of firewood so I burnt some calories for the first time in a while. Hopefully I will do better tomorrow, going to try to get on the exercise bicycle at some point in the next 24 hours...

We'll I'm gonna try to get back on the wagon

I really fell off the wagon, I am fatter than I've ever been, today I downloaded a new app called"lose it", it is basically a calorie counting app, so far it seems intuitive and fairly easy to enter food, there is a large database and the scan it function is great for prepackaged foods for lunch at work. Hopefully I can keep it up and lose it, feel free to support me, lord knows I need it. I'm going to get a scale so I can track this journey, I will keep this updated with progress, I may also include pictures, we will see.

If this darn winter ever ends, I will start bicycling again, I want to get back into bike commuting to work.

Motivation

Well I was out cutting the grass today and thinking I am gonna ride the bicycle after I finish the lawn. Well, I barely got the equipment back in the garage without getting soaked. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for the rain, but just when I had the motivation, mother nature shows up! There's always tomorrow...
